Whoops! Water Beads Found in Ely Room Sink

Uh oh! Kaytee our Congregational Administrator found water beads in the Ely Room sink!

Beloveds, please do not bring water beads, sometimes called Orbeez, to Peoples Church. See the picture below for what these water beads can look like. The quarter is for size reference — these toys are super tiny! We appreciate that they are fun, but water beads can cause significant damage if they find their way into the pipes. More importantly, they can be a serious medical issue if ingested. Please leave the water beads at home to help ensure we are caring for the health and safety of our friends and our building.
