Reflections from a GA Delegate
“This Is a Prayer”
Last summer I served as a delegate for our congregation at the UUA General Assembly. For me, the most impactful and memorable moments of GA 2025 centered music. The song I keep coming back to is called “More of This” by a band called The Sanctuary Boston. I’d never heard of the song or the band, but it was such a beautiful blessing to hear their message of hope, and I love our UUA GA organizers for sharing this music with us.

At one point the singers sing:

I’ve listened to this song repeatedly over the past several months and it never gets old. There is a peaceful power to it that I find heartening. It truly “is a prayer,” and one that I’ll continue to pray. Will you pray with me?
