Looking for community events during Pride Month and Juneteenth?

Heads up! Here are the details for PCUU at Pride:

  • Our booth is #76 and is located on 3rd St SE

  • Parade starts at 11 am

  • Our theme for Pride is banned books.  We are asking adults, teens and youth:  What banned books or any books have you read about LGBTQ+ issues and rights?

Juneteenth and CRPride are coming up. Juneteenth is on Saturday, June 20 and CRPride is on June 27. As usual we will have a booth at each celebration. We will need volunteers to staff our booths and to march in the parade.

  • Juneteenth Event — June 20, 2026 at the African American Museum of Iowa

  • CR Pride — June 27, 2026 in Downtown Cedar Rapids
