Volunteers Needed for Susie Hauter’s Memorial Service and Reception on Nov. 1

We are in need of helping hands to support the upcoming memorial service and reception for Susie Hauter who passed away recently. Volunteers are needed to serve in the following ways:

• Greeters – Welcome people to the service and help direct them to the reception, lift, and bathrooms after.

• Set-Up Crew – Prepare the Andre Room before the reception.

• Family Hosts – Assist and care for the family during the service and reception.

• Pre-service Refreshments Team – Prepare drinks and set out platters of food (from HyVee) before the reception.

• Refreshments Team – Maintain and replenish food and beverages throughout the reception.

• Clean-Up Crew – Tidy the kitchen and Andre Room afterward. Please state which are you’d like to help with.
